House members have access to our communal workspaces for five, twelve or unlimited work days per month. They also have full access to our meeting rooms, gym and all House events.

Our Houses
Our houses offer thoughtfully designed workspaces in London for those who value their environment as much as their output. Founders, creatives, and leaders who see work, life, and wellbeing as interconnected. Whether you’re immersed in work or taking a moment to reset, everything is close to hand: your desk, your next meeting, a freshly made lunch, or a quiet space to unwind. Each house combines flexible workspaces, lounges, fitness studios, dining, and event spaces under one thoughtfully curated roof – while retaining its own unique character.
Mortimer House
Mortimer House opened in London’s Fitzrovia, in 2017. Set in a 7 storey Art Deco building, Mortimer House features beautifully designed workspaces, members’ living rooms, studio and gym and a progressive events program. Mortimer House Kitchen is the public facing restaurant that has been established as a neighborhood classic.
1 Warwick
Our second location, 1 Warwick is located on a dynamic corner of London’s Soho. Opened in Spring 2023, the members’ house features, Yasmin, a stunning rooftop restaurant and terrace, private and communal workspace, event space, members’ living rooms and gym. Nessa, the acclaimed ground floor restaurant with Executive Chef Tom Cenci, serves a menu that champions seasonality with an inventive, playful twist.
