A Fitzrovia members’ house and workspace where wellbeing, design and culinary excellence meet.
Set within a striking seven-storey Art Deco building near Oxford Circus, Mortimer House offers design-led workspaces and studies, science-backed wellness programming, gym, fitness studio, a private rooftop bar and a much-loved Italian restaurant. United by thoughtful hospitality, it’s a relaxed setting designed to support restoration and modern working life.
Workspace & Study Membership
Spread across seven characterful floors in Fitzrovia, Mortimer House offers a balance of private studies and shared workspaces. Furnished offices accommodate teams of 5 to 50 and with a softness that feels residential, yet ergonomically built for daily use. On the fourth floor, the Pied-à-Terre is a quiet, light-filled space – large desks, supportive seating and ambient lighting make it ideal for deep focus without the need for a permanent base. One floor up, the Living Room & Den shifts from coworking desks and booths by day to soft seating and a private members’ bar by night.
Membership includes access to both Maslow’s houses, along with a full spectrum of wellbeing-led amenities — from the private gym and nutritious deskside dining to curated events and tailored hospitality. A considered alternative to the typical serviced office in London.
"
“Maslow’s for me is a place of almost magical productivity. It has quiet spaces where no one talks and I can really write and think. It has common spaces where you can chat with people. I just get down to work immediately and nobody comes up to bother me. I come for a place of calm… it’s in the architecture, it’s in the plants, it’s in the smell of the wood. It’s a sort of safe haven. I couldn’t manage without it.”
