At Maslow’s, wellbeing isn’t treated as an add-on. Grounded in neuroscience and human motivation theory, our scientific approach to wellbeing counterbalances the demands of the workday and known health pitfalls of extended desk work. In addition to light-filled studios and dynamic communal spaces, members have access to expert-led training, daily classes and events designed to improve physical and cognitive performance.
Each month our programme is centred around a unique wellbeing theme, with talks, workshops and sensory experiences that integrate both established and emerging science-based techniques. Always complimentary for members, select weekend events are also open to the wider community.
