Wellbeing built into your every day

At Maslow’s, wellbeing isn’t treated as an add-on. Grounded in neuroscience and human motivation theory, our scientific approach to wellbeing counterbalances the demands of the workday and known health pitfalls of extended desk work. In addition to light-filled studios and dynamic communal spaces, members have access to expert-led training, daily classes and events designed to improve physical and cognitive performance.

Each month our programme is centred around a unique wellbeing theme, with talks, workshops and sensory experiences that integrate both established and emerging science-based techniques. As a member, you enjoy full, complimentary access to happenings at both 1 Warwick and Mortimer House, with select weekend events also open to the wider community.

House Programme

JANUARY: RESTORATION | ĪnstaurātiO

The year begins inward. January invites quiet reflection and sensory restoration. In a world that often demands output, we offer members a moment of pause—to reconnect with their bodies, their space, and themselves.

From one to one therapeutic massage at Mortimer House, bookable via PRESS Bodywork, to building community with The Dad Project and Founders 500 at 1Warwick, we start the year with purpose. 

Nessa’s Salon of The Unruly also returns, welcoming the NIMI collective and hosting multidisciplinary artist, Alina R.J.

Gym, Studio & Classes

Each Maslow’s house has a fully-equipped gym and studio designed for high energy training to gentle expert-led relaxation sessions. The yoga and pilates studios are calm, light-filled retreats designed for movement and breathwork. Built to support your day and not interrupt it, our fitness spaces have everything needed for a full-body workout, including free weights, bikes, rowing machines, strength training machines and boxing zones.

As a member, you’ll have access to the full fitness offering at both Mortimer House and 1 Warwick, adding extra flexibility to your routine.

DAILY Fitness CLASSES

 

Hosted by our in-house personal trainers with a weekly schedule at each house, our fitness classes are designed to nurture both body and mind, offering a balance between strength, flexibility, and vitality. From the calming flow of Yoga, Barre, or Sound baths and Meditation, to the high-intensity energy of HIIT and Boxfit, each class is tailored to complement the lifestyles of our members, helping them build resilience and clarity.
