Set within beautiful, centrally located buildings, Maslow’s studies offer private serviced offices in London, within our members’ houses in Soho, Fitzrovia and Kensington. Well suited to advisory-led businesses, professional teams, and organisations establishing or expanding a London presence, each self-contained office provides a focused base with the wider life of the house just beyond the door.
Balancing the need for professional focus with space for personal wellbeing, all study members enjoy a thoughfully serviced workspace, discreet technology, meeting room access, communal breakout spaces and wellbeing facilities, all within a considered setting for hosting clients and working productively.

Introducing Maslow’s Kensington
New studies available from April 2026
Our third London house, Maslow’s Kensington opens its doors in spring within The Kensington Building on Kensington High Street.
A collection of private studies will be available from opening, for move-in from April ’26.

Maslow’s Kensington
An inviting 16-person private office designed to support focus and wellbeing. Double-height windows frame views across High Street Kensington, drawing in generous natural light. A central table seats eight, with eight wall-facing desks offering a calm, considered setting. Shaped by specialists, the study features thoughtful acoustics and ergonomic Humanscale seating to support focus and reduce fatigue. Includes access to all shared spaces across Maslow’s Houses.

Maslow’s Kensington
Intimate 4 desk offices with floor-to-ceiling windows and open views across London. Configurable with a central desk or wall-facing layout, they’re equally suited to small teams or as refined private offices for CEOs and senior leaders alongside adjoining studies.
8 person STUDY
Maslow’s Kensington
With double-height ceilings, soundproofing, and generous natural light, the 8 person studies at Maslow’s Kensington are predominantly south-facing and available with either paired central desks or wall-facing layouts.
12 person STUDY
Maslow’s Kensington
These spacious 12 desk studies offer more space and flexibility in layout, accommodating both central and wall-facing desk arrangements. One corner study enjoys sweeping views over High Street Kensington, bringing light and presence to the space.
20 person STUDY
Maslow’s Kensington
Our largest studies, facing west onto Wrights Lane, with expansive windows and generous proportions. Ideal for established teams, they work seamlessly as standalone offices or combined with adjacent studies to support growth and teams of up to 40.

Designed to flex around you, these 5 desk studies are available on the first or third floor with configurable layouts. Internal-facing windows, cork sound treatments and built-in shelving keep the space quietly organised for small teams, founders, or an adjacent overflow office.
8 PERSON STUDY

A bright first-floor study with a full-width window overlooking Fitzrovia. Cork acoustic finishes, Humanscale seating and task lighting create a calm, private base for a team of up to 8.
8 person STUDY
1 Warwick, Soho
A spacious, light-filled 8 desk office with two large, framed windows, and red brick giving the space a distinctly Soho feel. Desks can be arranged centrally or along the walls, with spacious walnut worktops, embedded power and Humanscale seating keeping the day seamless.

Light-filled 9 desk studies with large framed windows, walnut desks and a warm, considered feel. Two central desks create a natural hub for collaboration, with plenty of sockets and Humanscale ergonomic seating throughout.

Study Membership FAQs
Can Study members use shared workspaces and lounges?
Yes. Alongside your private Study, you’re welcome to work from shared spaces, lounges and quieter corners throughout the day.
What is a Study membership and how is it different from renting an office?
A Study membership gives teams a private office within a Maslow’s house, with the freedom to work across shared spaces, host clients, and access restaurants, lounges and wellbeing amenities – without managing multiple suppliers or contracts. Members also become part of a like-minded community, combining the permanence of an office with the flexibility, service and hospitality of a members’ house.
Do Study members have access to multiple Maslow’s locations?
Yes. Study membership includes reciprocal access to shared spaces across Maslow’s central London houses, including 1 Warwick, Mortimer House and Maslow’s Kensington (opening Spring 2026).
How long is a study membership contract?
Maslow’s study memberships are offered on a 12-month fixed-term agreement, giving teams the reassurance of stability without the commitment of a long-term office lease. If circumstances evolve, our membership team is always open to a conversation.
How many people can work from a private Study?
Each Study is thoughtfully designed for maximum number of named members, aligned to the size of the space. Every member enjoys full access to the Maslow’s experience.
Can we host client meetings or guests at Maslow’s?
Yes. Members can welcome up to three guests per day for up to two hours each during working hours, or host guests freely after 6pm and at weekends. Where privacy or a larger space is needed, meeting rooms are also available to book for using your credits.
What happens if our team grows or changes?
As your team evolves, we’ll do our best to evolve with you. Memberships can be reviewed to support changes in team size or structure, offering continuity with flexibility.
