As the London office market continues to undergo a fundamental transformation with a shift towards luxury office spaces, businesses of all sizes are focusing on premium work environments that enhance employee experience, brand prestige and sustainability. Maslow’s is a collection of beautifully designed membership based workspaces that seamlessly blend work, wellbeing, fitness, programming, restaurants and bars.
Inspired by Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, the houses – comprising 1 Warwick in Soho and Mortimer House in Fitzrovia – are designed to support both professional ambition and personal fulfilment. Members enjoy access to private offices, collaborative workspaces, bespoke meeting rooms, fitness studios, rooftop bars, restaurants, and curated cultural programming — all under one roof.
Set in a seven-storey Art Deco building in the heart of Fitzrovia, Mortimer House (2017) is a stimulating environment for members to collaborate, create and unwind — as well as feel at home. Maslow’s second location, 1 Warwick (2023) is located in a Neo-Baroque mansion on a dynamic corner of London’s bustling Soho. Set over six floors, 1 Warwick is home to beautifully designed workspaces, members’ lounges, event spaces, a studio and gym – as well as a rooftop restaurant and bar with sweeping views of the surrounding
neighbourhood.
WELLBEING AT MASLOW’S
At Maslow’s, wellbeing isn’t treated as an add-on. Grounded in neuroscience and human motivation theory, Maslow’s scientific approach to wellbeing counterbalances the demands of the workday and known health pitfalls of extended desk work. Aligned with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, both houses highlight the significance of making wellness and psychological wellness, in particular, a top priority for members to unlock their full potential in both mental and emotional aspects. From the architecture to the atmosphere, every element is curated to foster a sense of belonging, self-expression, and personal growth.
In addition to light-filled studios and dynamic communal spaces, members have access to expert-led training, daily classes and events designed to improve physical and cognitive performance. Each house has a fully- equipped gym and studio designed for all exercise needs, from high energy training to gentle expert-led relaxation sessions. Members can also enjoy a weekly schedule of fitness classes hosted by Maslow’s in-house personal trainers designed to nurture both body and mind. From the calming flow of Yoga, Barre, or Sound baths and Meditation, to the high-intensity energy of HIIT and Boxfit, each class is tailored to complement member’s lifestyles. Furthermore, each month, Maslow’s House programme is centred around a unique wellbeing theme, with talks, workshops and sensory experiences that integrate both established and emerging science-based techniques. Members are invited to enjoy full, complimentary access to happenings at both 1 Warwick and Mortimer House, with select weekend events also open to the wider community.
DINING & DRINKING AT MASLOW’S
Overseen by Executive Chef Tom Cenci, the critically acclaimed restaurants and bars across Maslow’s draw inspiration from a variety of culinary styles and techniques, with Italian inspired Mortimer House Kitchen at Mortimer House, Middle Eastern rooftop bar Yasmin and Nessa, serving modern British fare with seasonal twists, both at 1 Warwick. Cenci, known for his inventive yet accessible cooking, brings a unique flair to each of Maslow’s dining venues, offering ingredient-led, seasonally driven dishes that are both comforting and elevated. While all three are open to the public, Maslow’s members can enjoy priority access. Members can also enjoy restaurant-standard food and drink at their desk, in any of the meeting rooms or communal spaces, with a club-wide full service menu designed by Cenci.
EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS AT MASLOW’S
The variety of elegant spaces in both Mortimer House and 1 Warwick are perfect for hosting private events for both members and non-members. Whether it’s a private dinner, corporate event, product launch, private celebration, or a wedding, Maslows’ huge range of event spaces of all styles and configurations offer an unmatched combination of privacy, sophistication, and exclusivity promising a seamless and memorable occasion for every guest. Curated menus for private events are all designed by Chef Tom Cenci, whether it be a breakfast, cocktail or private seated dinner, paired with an extensive cocktail and beverage list that can be curated to guests choosing.
Maslow’s redefines the office lifestyle concept by seamlessly blending the functionality of a modern workspace with the elevated standards of five-star hospitality. From thoughtfully designed interiors and exceptional service to best-in-class facilities and dining, Maslow’s offers a new benchmark for environments where members can create, collaborate, socialise, recharge, and grow. The next few years will see Maslow’s continue to fulfil this ambition by opening a new location in Central London, as part of a further expansion plan.
