We create members’ houses and workspaces that bring together work, wellbeing and hospitality under one roof. Across our Soho, Fitzrovia and Kensington locations, you’ll find private offices and flexible co-working spaces for teams of up to 50.
Each house is designed around how people actually live and work – supporting focus, connection and balance throughout the day.
We work closely with brokers and agents to introduce members to Maslow’s, making it simple to place them into beautifully designed, service-led workspaces across our London houses – including Mortimer House, 1 Warwick, and Maslow’s Kensington, opening April 2026.
Our memberships include private offices, fixed resident desks and flexible workspace, with each house featuring meeting rooms, event space, gyms and wellness programming, supported by thoughtful hospitality and an engaged member community. We pride ourselves on being responsive, transparent and easy to work with.
We’re now welcoming our Agent and Broker partners into Maslow’s Kensington for pre-opening tours. If you place your client at Maslow’s during our opening months, we’re also offering an enhanced commission as a thank you for your early support.
20% COMMISSION
Deals completed by 1 April
We’ll pay an increased fee of 20% of the first 12 months’ contract value, for qualifying deals at Maslow’s Kensington that complete before 1 April.
15% COMMISSION
Deals completed between 2 April – 1 May
We’ll pay an increased fee of 15% of the first 12 months’ contract value, for qualifying deals at Maslow’s Kensington that complete between 2 April and 1 May.
10% COMMISSION
Deals completed after 1 May
For qualifying deals that complete after 1 May at Maslow’s Kensington, and for all qualifying deals at Mortimer House and 1 Warwick, we’ll pay our standard fee of 10% of the first 12 months’ contract value.
