Running from our Fitzrovia and Soho houses, the series blends science-led methods with sensory, holistic practices. Sessions may include yoga, meditation, Pilates, sound baths or breathwork, each thoughtfully designed to help you reset after the workweek.
Open to all and complimentary for Maslow’s members, the series is also a relaxed way to experience our spaces and discover Maslow’s approach to movement and modern wellbeing.

Practitioner Nico brings a wealth of experience as a professional massage and bodyworker therapist, having discovered the healing arts in his late teens alongside contemporary dance, yoga and somatic practices, and is now a member of the CTHA and the European Rolfing Association.

Life-drawing is a well-known space to practice drawing anatomy and honing observation skills. This class is more of a playground – a place to experiment with materials and techniques, and take inspiration from the human form in new directions. Open to beginners and long-time drawers, illustrator Sasha will offer technique tips and creative prompts.

Space to Pause is home to a range of tools that help you to replenish and re-centre yourself. Handmade by Eloise Haylor.
A lifelong apprentice in the art of deep listening, Eloise trained in multiple modalities, she has learned that our bodies carry such wisdom, often they just need the right space in which to be heard.
Her treatments feel nourishing and expansive. Using Raynor deep tissue massage therapy, she works to release residual tension from the body, which can be both physical and emotional. Clients find the personalised treatment is deeply effective at healing and restoring the mind and body.

Sound healing works on a cellular level and helps to reharmonize dis – ease within the body, mind and spirit. Join us on a sound journey to ease you into a tranquil meditative state, using both instrumental frequencies and vocal accompaniment.
Facilitator Lilita uses crystal quartz bowls accompanied by her ancestral voice to transport you into a state of bliss and relaxation, helping release built up stress and tension that has been stored with our energetic and emotional bodies. Lilita begins the sound healing with an opening meditation and intuitive intention, asking the class to join her on setting this.
Expect crystal bowls and gentle frequencies to guide the room into a state of bliss for 45 minutes, slowly bringing everybody back to the room to close the space.
BREAFLEX is an innovative fitness concept that combines breathwork with traditional fitness practices.
The focus is on specialised training methods, including breathwork practices, hypoxic-hypercapnic training, strength and conditioning training, as well as more traditional concepts such as Pilates, yoga, stretching, meditation, and functional training.
