Who is Resident membership best suited to?
Resident membership suits founders, consultants, independent professionals and small teams of up to 3 who work regularly from the House and want the consistency of a dedicated desk without taking a private office.
How does Resident membership differ from House membership?
House membership gives members flexible access to shared workspace areas and is designed for laptop use only, with no fixed desk or permanent set-up.
Resident membership gives you a dedicated desk within the resident office, where you can leave a second screen or preferred desk set-up in place. It also includes generous meeting room credits and 24-hour access, making it better suited to those who want a more permanent base within the house.
How does Resident membership differ from Study membership?
Study membership is for teams of 5 or more who need a private serviced office. Resident membership gives you many of the same wider benefits as a Study member, but with one dedicated desk within a shared resident workspace rather than a private office.
What is included with a Resident desk?
Resident members have access to shared workspaces, lounges, meeting rooms, phone booths, gyms, studios, weekday fitness classes, wellbeing programming and member events. Meeting room credits and preferred meeting room rates are also included.
Can I use the house outside standard working hours?
Yes. Resident membership includes 24/7 access, giving you the freedom to work around the rhythm of your day.
Can Resident members use other Maslow’s Houses?
Yes. Members can access shared spaces across Maslow’s Houses in Soho, Fitzrovia and Kensington, making it easy to work, meet or move between locations.
