Order ahead, or as the day unfolds. Guests can request food and drink pre-meeting or during the session, and we’ll deliver it directly to your meeting room, from coffee and house-baked treats to nutrition-led lunches designed to keep energy steady.

On a storied corner of Soho, 1 Warwick pairs Neo-Baroque character with a modern, design-led setting. It’s an address that makes an immediate impression, with meeting rooms to match – supported by high-end conferencing tech, smooth hosting, and restaurant-quality menus curated by Nessa. 

Meeting Rooms in Fitzrovia

In the heart of Fitzrovia, Mortimer House is a striking seven-storey Art Deco address that’s easy for teams and clients to reach. Considered interiors are paired with discreet tech and a dedicated team to manage the details. When the agenda runs long, chef-crafted menus from the Mortimer House Kitchen can be pre-ordered or delivered straight to the room.

OPENING MAY

Launching with Maslow’s Kensington in May 2026, 6 new meeting rooms will be available to hire, bringing design-led calm, seamless conferencing technology, and warm, attentive hosting to Kensington. Nourishing food and drink can be delivered direct from Oria Café. Enquire about bookings from May onwards.

Meeting Room FAQs

How do I book a meeting room?

Make a booking enquiry – choose your location, tell us if you have a specific room in mind, and share your contact details. Our team will aim to respond within 1 working day with a quote, or a shortlist of options that fit your date and time. Bookings have a 2-hour minimum, and upfront payment is required to confirm.

What is your cancellation policy?

For single meeting room bookings, we have a 48 hour notice period for any cancellations. Bookings cancelled prior to this will be eligible for a full refund. For multi-day or multi-room bookings, a 1 week notice period is required.

Can I book a meeting room as a non-member?

Yes – we welcome external bookings at our standard listed rates. Non-members have access to the booked meeting room only (member-only spaces aren’t included).

Do members get a discount on meeting room bookings?

Yes. Maslow’s members receive 20% off all meeting rooms. Depending on your membership type, you may also have monthly meeting room credits and access to member-only meeting rooms. Visit our membership page for more details.

What’s included with the room hire?

Your hire includes room set-up, on-hand support, and seamless conferencing technology (including video conferencing and screen sharing). We can also provide meeting extras such as notepads and flipcharts – just share any requirements when enquiring.

Can we order food and drink for the meeting?

Yes. You can pre-order ahead or order during your session, with restaurant-quality menus delivered direct to your meeting room. Menus come from the House kitchens, including Nessa (Soho), Mortimer House Kitchen (Fitzrovia), and Oria Café (Kensington).
