Maslow’s Weekend Wellbeing is a monthly programme of expert-led experiences designed to restore balance and support long-term wellbeing.
Running from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon at our Fitzrovia and Soho houses, the series blends science-led methods with sensory, holistic practices. Sessions may include yoga, meditation, Pilates, sound baths or breathwork, each thoughtfully designed to help you reset after the workweek.
Open to all and complimentary for Maslow’s members, the series is also a relaxed way to experience our spaces and discover Maslow’s approach to movement and modern wellbeing.
