How much does a private office in Kensington cost? Studies at Maslow’s Kensington start from £1,200 per desk per month, excluding VAT. Pricing varies by office. As a serviced office in Kensington, your Study includes business rates, utilities, Wi-Fi, reception and daily housekeeping, alongside access to the wider House and its amenities.

How long is the contract? Study memberships run on 12-month agreements. If your team grows or changes during that time, we’ll review your membership with you.

Can we access the building outside working hours? Yes. Study members have 24/7 access, with overnight security.

Can we bring clients and guests? Yes. Study members can host guests in their private Study for the day. In communal spaces, members can host up to three guests for up to two hours. For larger groups or longer visits, a meeting room should be booked.

Can private office members also use communal workspaces? Yes. Along with your private Study, your team can use the shared workspace, lounges and quieter corners across the House.

Are there spaces to take phone calls? Yes. Phone booths are available throughout the house for private calls and video meetings. There are also a couple of Huddle rooms for informal catch-ups.

Are there meeting rooms? Yes. Maslow’s Kensington has nine bookable meeting rooms for 4 to 20 people, with integrated AV. Study memberships include monthly meeting room credits, which can be used towards bookings.

Are there spaces to hire for private events? Yes. There is bookable event space with a dedicated events team, and members get preferred rates. Find out more here.

Is there a kitchen? Yes. Members have access to a fully-stocked kitchenette, with a fridge, dishwasher and microwave, alongside complimentary tea, coffee, fresh fruit and healthy snacks.

Can I get a fresh coffee on site? Yes. Our on-site barista is available Monday to Friday at Oria cafe from 7am to 7pm, serving freshly made coffee throughout the working day. As a member perk, you receive a special-price takeaway coffee & on-the-go breakfast.

Is there a restaurant? Oria, our members’ café, serves a sit-down breakfast & lunch or an option for a desk-side service. Study members also get priority booking at the restaurants in our Soho and Fitzrovia Houses.

Is there a gym? Yes. Members have access to the on-site gym and fitness studio, with bookable classes available through the Member Portal. Members complete a gym questionnaire and induction before using the gym, after which they can use Maslow’s gyms across the Houses.

Are dogs allowed? Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, subject to prior approval and relevant building rules. Dogs must be registered in advance, supervised and kept on a lead in communal areas. Maslow’s Kensington also has an on-site dog washing station.

Is there bike storage? Yes. There’s secure bike storage on site.

Are there showers and changing rooms? Yes. There are showers and fully equipped changing rooms, with towels and toiletries provided.

Is cleaning included? Yes. Professional daily housekeeping is included as part of your Study membership.

Is there air conditioning? Yes. Each Study has individual climate and lighting controls, alongside fresh-air ventilation, so your team can adjust the space to suit how they work.

Is there an onsite hospitality team and reception? Yes. The reception and hospitality team welcomes guests and supports members with day-to-day House needs, including post and deliveries. Deliveries can be sent to Reception and held for up to 48 hours.

Are the private offices furnished, and can we customise them?
Yes. Studies come fully furnished with desks and chairs, and layouts can be adapted around how your team works. We can also explore additions such as extra storage, internal phone booths and meeting spaces. Custom additions are subject to feasibility and may incur an additional cost.

Can members use other Maslow’s Houses?
Yes. Study membership gives your team access to Maslow’s wider network of Houses, giving you more places to work, meet and spend time across London.
